Telesales Executive - Leeds, West Yorkshire

Due to continued growth, they now seek a proactive Telesales Executive to join their successful commercial team, representing their market-leading websites and digital marketing solutions to businesses across the UK.

The role:

Supporting Senior Sales Consultants by generating high-quality appointments with business decision-makers across the UK
Proactively contacting business owners via phone, LinkedIn, and email to secure appointments for Senior Sales Consultants
Qualifying leads to ensure they align with digital marketing solutions
Building rapport quickly and handling gatekeepers effectively to reach decision-makers
Managing your pipeline using our CRM system to track activity and progress
Working closely with Senior Sales Consultants to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
Consistently hitting daily and weekly appointment targets
Hybrid home working (1–2 days office-based per month)

The person:

Essential: Previous experience in an outbound telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation role (B2B experience desirable).
Excellent telephone manner, communication, and rapport-building skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working to targets
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in updating CRM records
A positive attitude and the ability to handle objections confidently
Team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment

The package:

Excellent starting salary of up to £28,000 p/a
Excellent high commission structure (£5-£10k+ OTE)
