Reactive Recruitment are working with one the UK’s leading vehicle retailers who offer world class vehicle brands and award-winning customer service. Our client now seeks a a driven, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join their busy Preparation Centre in Bristol as a Fleet Administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and is confident handling both operational and administrative tasks.
The role;
- Play a key role in ensuring our vehicles are ready for delivery and our systems run smoothly.
- Overseeing the full vehicle preparation process – from arrival to customer delivery.
- Coordinating the movement of vehicles between sites and head office.
- Organising valeting and creating delivery packs for new vehicles.
- Supporting fleet bookings and keeping internal systems updated.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating spreadsheets regularly.
- Prioritising and passing job cards to the workshop in the correct order.
- Managing delivery notes and ensuring all reporting is up to date.
- Providing excellent communication and support to both colleagues and external partners.
- Answering incoming calls and emails and assisting the wider office team when needed.
- Working Pattern: 40 hours a week across Mon – Sat (with a 1-hour lunch). Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week. Sunday working required during March and September
The person;
- Essential: Suitable candidates must be over 21 for insurance purposes.
- Essential: Must hold a full clean UK driving licence.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- A professional and positive attitude.
