Room Leader/Room Supervisor (level 3) Long Buckby, NN6

Reactive Recruitment are proud to be working with highly regarded children's day nursey based in Long Buckby. Due to promotion they now seek an experienced Room Leader to join their friendly team.

Hours, pay & benefits:

• 4 day shifts working 0800-1800 (30 mins lunch)
• £14.00 per hour / £35,000 per annum (negotiable)

Duties:

• Leading a room of children aged 2-3
• Room has up to 24 children at a time
• Supervising 3-4 staff
• Health & Safety
• Operations

Overview:

The purpose of the role of the Room Leader/Supervisor is to take charge of a small team and ensure the smooth running of the room or area you are responsible for. To be a key person and to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children. To create a stimulating environment and be a positive role model at all times and to encourage and support children’s development by providing differentiated activities tailored to meet the needs of each child.
