Finance Administrator, Clifton, Bristol (part-time & hybrid)
Reactive Recruitment are working with a Bristol (Clifton) based accountancy practice who have been working with clients UK wide since 2013. Due to increased business, they seek a valuable member of their team to join as an Administrator & Client Workflow Coordinator on a part-time basis.
Finance Administrator package & hours:
- Working Monday to Friday 3 hours per day (15 hours per week) during office hours
- Parking permit available if required (although close to The Downs for a short walk/free parking)

Core Responsibilities:
- Inbox Management Triage client emails, acknowledge receipt, assign to team members, chase responses, and maintain communication logs.
- Deadline Tracking Maintain a live deadline calendar; monitor Companies House, HMRC and internal systems; prompt team members ahead of deadlines.
- Workflow Scheduling Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure the team has clarity on priorities.
- System Maintenance Update XPM, GoCardless, AML records, onboarding forms, client notes, and internal trackers.
- Client Liaison Act as the first point of contact for routine queries; maintain professional, timely communication.
- Document & Data Management Organise client documents, ensure correct filing, maintain Companies House and HMRC records.
- Daily Operational Checks Quick daily review of inbox, deadlines, team workload, and system updates.

- Tech competence — Comfortable with Xero Practice Manager, HMRC portals, Companies House, and general cloud systems.
- Attention to detail — Ensures data accuracy and avoids errors in deadlines or client records.
- Calm under pressure — Able to manage workload peaks without losing control.
- Discretion & professionalism — Handles sensitive financial information appropriately.
